Hours of work will be Monday-Friday with some weekends. This position is represented by the Teamsters Local 320 bargaining unit. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform food production tasks, cleaning, and provide customer service for UMC students, faculty, staff, visitors, and friends at retail and resident dining locations. Qualifications Relevant experience or education in large food operations or quantity food production. Competently read, write, and understand English. Ability to lift up to fifty pounds occasionally.
