About Operation Executive for Distributor Trade

　　OPERATION EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

　　Key person to liaise with Unilever sales team & distributor team.

　　M onitor headcount fulfilment and support in project recruitment.

　　To drive & achieve KPI performance for the project.

　　Monitor and track daily activities of all team members.

　　Call of Achievement (Attendance).

　　Great execution.

　　Planogram compliance.

　　To analysis the team performance trend using PowerBI.

　　T o conduct weekly WIP/ monthly cascade with the team supervisor.

　　To conduct BI-weekly WIP / Monthly review with Unilever team.

　　Field visit to audit execution compliance and coach the supervisor and team members.

　　To support and coordinate for Ad-hoc activation campaign.

　　Salary Package : RM4,000 - RM5,000
