  Responsibilities

  Ascension St. Vincent Evansville is looking for a Sleep Medicine Physician.

  This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Medical Group Evansville to provide medical services to patients.

  Position Highlights:

  Practice consists of two physicians and three advanced practice providers.

  Treat sleep disorders including sleep disordered breathing, narcolepsy, abnormal nocturnal behaviors, restless legs and insomnia

  Lab is fully certified by the AASM

  Call is 1 week out of 6; phone availability only

  Extensive primary care referral network

  Program marketing

  The facility includes eight sleep rooms and four clinic rooms; Located on the main hospital campus

  Can be combined with pulmonary and/or critical care options

  Requirements

  Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

  Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

  Education:

  Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.Additional Preferences
