J ob Summary

Physician Relations Specialist work as liaisons to healthcare providers. Responsible for creating long-term relationships with providers and engaging with them regularly to ensure providers appropriately informed and updated on products, service offerings, and the latest technology available to them. Assists in helping expand the IPA network brand by collaborating with physicians and office staff. Willing and able to travel to multiple worksites.

Job Requirements

a. Minimum Education Requirement :

High School Diploma required. Some college education preferred

b. Minimum Experience Requirement :

Prior experience in Provider Relations within IPA or Health Plan setting is preferred. Knowledge of HEDIS, HCC, and RAF strongly preferred. Strong organizational problem solving and time management skills and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and writing skills. Proficient use of Microsoft office programs. Must have the ability to troubleshoot and analyze projects or issues as they arise. Ability to communicate effectively with all areas within and outside of the organization i.e patients, physicians, administration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects. High level of initiative.

$33.00 - $48.87
