With locations throughout Colorado,Montana and Wyoming, we offer a wide variety of primary and specialty careservWe.Together, we'll improve the health of the people in the communities we serve.We'll honoreach other'sdignity and surpassthestandards we set.We'll encourage joy, demand safety and take pride in our integrity.Your day.As an Physician in Palliative Care, you'll work with two PalliativeMedicine Physicians to provide top-notch care and patient experience.Throughout the day you'll collaborate with a PA, Social Workers, CaseManagers, community Hospice, and Chaplains.You would practice at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction, COYour hours will be as needed Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with no callYou'll join a passionate and energetic team of two Palliative Carephysicians, and one PA - they function like a family and care deeply abouttheir patientsPlay a critical role on a busy service with around eight consults a dayMake a significant and powerful impact on our patients and their familiesduring times of needYour experience.We hire people, not words on paper.
