　　ASSA ABLOY Norton Rixson is seeking a driven Marketer , who’s highly organized, and wants to lead the product launch and demand generation activities for one of our industry’s most successful brands – Norton Rixson.

　　What are the typical duties and responsibilities of this role?

　　As Marketing Specialist , you’ll collaborate with product management, sales, engineering, and others across the organization to support a large sales team and customer base, while driving demand for door controls products in the commercial buildings markets. You’ll be managing the introduction of new products and maintaining diverse sources of information, while promoting innovations through a variety of demand generation channels.

　　This role will collaborate with colleagues 5 days/week onsite between our two ASSA ABLOY facilities in Monroe, NC.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Own product launch process, from product photography and collateral development to creation of sales tools and communications to sales teams and customers

　　Drive the planning and execution of crucial demand generation activities, including lead generation campaigns, trade shows, events, and showrooms. This includes data analysis and measurement against KPIs.

　　Lead the creation of a large variety of content, including videos, brochures, presentations, blogs, website and social media posts.

　　Coordinate the photography and production of photorealistic renderings for new product launches, campaigns, websites, and eCommerce shops.

　　Update and manage files within the digital asset management system, encompassing brochures, catalogs, and images.

　　Effectively manage relationships with various vendors as required, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, freelance writers, and creative agencies

　　Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the marketing initiatives.

　　What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?

　　Educational Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

　　Minimum 4 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B-to-B

　　Must possess strong project management skills to effectively track and move forward a number of projects and tasks.

　　Must have excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.

　　Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

　　Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

　　Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and Adobe Suite is a plus.

　　Knowledge of CMS platforms is a plus.

　　Possibility of occasional travel, up to 10%
