　　Client Personal Care Assistance

　　showering, bathing, toileting, dressing, shampooing and grooming

　　transferring to and from wheelchair or bed

　　dining

　　ambulating

　　routine skin care

　　tasks necessary for the comfort and safety of movement-restrictedclients

　　use of special appliances and/or prosthetic devices

　　training the client, the clients family members and/or friends inpersonal care tasks

　　Nutritional Maintenance

　　plan and cook meals, following client specific diet as directed

　　assist with meal set up and/or feeding

　　Shopping

　　shop and put away groceries, personal products and household items.Prohibited purchases include but are not limited to: Alcohol, tobaccoproducts and illegal substances

　　Laundry

　　wash, dry, fold and put away clothes and linens

　　iron clothes only if clothes cannot be worn without being ironed

　　Light Housekeeping

　　dust furniture

　　clean floors

　　clean bathrooms

　　clean kitchen, including dishes

　　clean and change linens, including making beds

　　routinely clean kitchen and household appliances

　　General Tasks

　　medication reminders

　　monitor the client to prevent personal injury and/or property damage

　　establish a structured task schedule that meets the clients needs, perthe care plan

　　provide companionship suited to the clients ability to participate inshared activities including conversations, games, reading, outdooractivities, etc.

　　Maintain effective working relationships with PimaCare at Home employees

　　Demonstrate professionalism and effective customer service whileinteracting with the client and the general public

　　May accompany the client to medical appointments using transportationscheduled by the Program Contractor
