Our clinics are state-of-the-art facilities whichoffer a variety of preventive and primary care services. This is anexcellent opportunity for an advanced practice provider to practiceautonomously. For NursePractitioners: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred.A master\'s degree in nursing is required. Requires current state of WisconsinRegistered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from aparticipating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). Certificationas an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) by the Wisconsin StateBoard of Nursing is required. Certification by the American NursesCredentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners(AANP) is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Supportfor the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent isrequired upon hire.
