Since 1905, The Bradley Center has continually served children and families in need. Today, the residential treatment facility provides 24 hour care and trauma-informed treatment to children who have a history of trauma and who may present with a wide range of challenges.
The Bradley Center is seeking motivated, compassionate candidates for the position of Senior Milieu Coordinator who have a calling and passion for helping children. We are looking for individuals with initiative, creativity and a desire to have a positive impact on a child’s life.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as designated leadership on shift
Provide and model quality unit programming and structure
Teach and coach therapeutic skills to unit staff
Document treatment provided as well as other required reporting
Requirements
Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, child development or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential setting
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid driver's license and car insurance
