PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Clinical Manager of Outpatient Counseling and Case Management is an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who provides direct oversight of the behavioral health outpatient services and case management services at Androscoggin Home Healthcare + Hospice. The Clinical Manager of Outpatient Counseling and Case Management is a member of the behavioral health leadership team and is responsible for the clinical quality and operational integrity of the service line. The clinical manager will foster mission-focused behavioral health care by professionals who maintain clinical expertise for this vitally important work within the communities we serve.
EDUCATION: Graduate degree in social work, clinical counseling, or related field from accredited college or university.
EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years of clinical Mental Health experience. Demonstrated leadership and teambuilding skills with at least three years of management/supervisory experience. Prior experience in a decentralized practice environment is helpful. Program development experience is highly valued.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Possesses and maintains current license, in good standing, to practice in the State of Maine as LCPC or LCSW. Additionally, having a LADC is preferred.
