　　We are seeking a part-time to full-time (24-40 hours per week) palliative care provider for float position between three of our centers located in northeastern New Jersey (centers located in Piscataway, Parsippany, and Mendham). This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. This role cannot support a new or recent graduate.

　　We invite you to join the GPS team as an Advanced Practice Provider -- Physician Assistant (PA). This is a collaborative role where you will work with skilled nursing center leadership to meet specific clinical goals/priorities and with the Medical Directors and/or Attending Physicians for patient-specific medical care. The Advanced Practice Provider -- PA provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.

　　Qualifications:

　　Must be a graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA and take the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation. PA state licensure required. NCCPA certification required. A minimum of two years' experience working with adult or geriatric population is preferred. In states where practice allows; APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA, for each state in which they practice. PA with an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state in which they practice.
