  Description Position at Lifespark All Saints, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA to join our growing team. All Saints Senior Living is located one mile off Highway 169 in Shakopee, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 84-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. All Saints provides stable leadership team and welcoming staff. Join our team today! Located at:1880 Independence Drive, Shakopee, MN 55379 Shifts Available: Full-Time AMs HHA Wage:$17-$22/HR CNA Wage:$19-$24/HR Shift Differential:$1 PM, $2 Overnight *UP TO $1000 SIGN-ON BONUS* Are you compassionate towards others? Our CNA's and HHA's become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.
