　　Physical Therapist's Needed - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus*

　　Location: Denver, CO

　　Compensation: $55 - $85 per visit*

　　Full Time Physical Therapist Sign-on Bonus:$5,000

　　Full Time PTA Sign-On $3,500

　　Aveanna Healthcare is looking for experienced Physical Therapist's (PT's) to provide professional, goal-oriented home-based therapy services to pediatric clients!

　　Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications:

　　Meets the qualifications as established by APTA or other professional organization

　　Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the current state of practice

　　Valid, unexpired Driver’s License

　　Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred
