Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient

　　Depending on Employment status of hire, Sign on bonus up to $7000.00

　　Hours: PRN, Part and Full Time, will consider all, if you don't wish to travel to both communities

　　Setting: Assisted Living Communities

　　Location: Carver, MN (Multiple Facility - Delano, MN)

　　You’ll only treat residents Monday-Friday – no evenings or weekends! Plus, you’ll treat residents in their room or in an on-site clinic so there’s no need to travel to homes outside the building. 　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Graduate from Physical Therapy program

　　Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice

　　Previous experience in outpatient, preferred

　　Must meet Clinical Competency requirements

　　Ability to travel within 50 minutes of your assigned primary building(s) as needed.

　　Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health
