　　JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

　　1 year of supervised experience in Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting

　　PTA certification

　　Current CPR/BLS, Physical, TB test (within 1 year of hire)

　　CurrentPTAlicense in the state of CA
