Job Description:

　　We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, security, and operations, with a passion for implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

　　As a DevSecOps Engineer , you will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the secure and efficient deployment of our applications and infrastructure.

　　Core Responsibilities:

　　• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and prioritize security requirements and integrate them into the software development lifecycle.

　　• Implement and maintain security tools, processes, and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our applications and infrastructure.

　　• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and remediate potential risks.

　　• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

　　• Automate security processes and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous monitoring and remediation of security issues.

　　• Provide guidance and training to team members on secure coding practices, threat modeling, and risk management.

　　• Monitor and analyze security logs, alerts, and reports to identify and respond to potential security incidents.

　　• Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

　　Skills:

　　• Security first mindset

　　• In-depth knowledge of security principles, technologies, and best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control.

　　• Experience with security tools and frameworks.

　　• Proficiency in implementing and managing security monitoring, alerting tools and vulnerability scanners.

　　• Knowledge of networking technologies, security protocols and best practices • Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX system administration, including configuration, optimization, and security.

　　• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and remediate security risks and vulnerabilities.

　　• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

　　• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Required knowledge: Azure, Cloud Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Git, Terraform

　　Education qualifications: Bachelor leveldegree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field of study.

　　Location: This is a hybrid-flex worker position where our preference is for you to be present with your team in the office at least 1-3 times per week.

　　Working Hours: EMEA, approx. 9am-5.30pm (with some flexibility).

　　Compensation: Salary for Slovakia starting from 2 900€ gross monthly. The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
