You Are:
The in studio Photographer takes full creative and production responsibility for assigned clients. He/she is expected to produce quality images within the parameters of the shoot and maintain creative standards. In addition, this role is responsible for overseeing the high volume ecommerce productions in the studio.
The Work:
Oversee and execute photography in studio
Work closely with the crew and client to produce high quality imagery
Responsible for interpreting the needs of the client
Be accountable for daily workflow and shoot schedule
Maintain a complete understanding of all photography situations including and not limited to on-figure fashion and tabletop product photography and video
Responsible for the final image in its entirety (lighting, styling, cleanliness, compositions, etc.), collaborating with the crew and Retouchers
Determine lighting requirements, composition, background, props, and product set up, as well as any additional specifications to ensure quality shooting
Able to lead the crew on set (i.e. stylists and assistants)
Lead the high-volume productions for assigned clients, either under direct supervision of the VP of Photo Engineering and his team or working independently
Coordinate with the Photo Engineering department for the needs of the local studio
Responsible for cultivating a local group of ecommerce photographers, providing training
Establish style guides and lighting diagrams as appropriate per clients
Responsible for fulfilling any role necessary for the success of the production, whether as photographer, digital tech, stylist, styling assistant, or merchandise coordination
Work in collaboration with Producers to determine the appropriate workflow to implement for new clients and to maintain the project integrity
Here's what you'll need:
A minimum of 4 years of experience with ecommerce commercial photography, preferably within the fashion, consumer goods or luxury industry
A minimum of 3 years expertise in applied techniques and working knowledge of digital photography, lighting, composition, and color quality
Bonus points if:
A commercial photography portfolio that demonstrates knowledge of digital photography
Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related Arts/Creative program
Extensive knowledge of Canon Camera systems
Experience with studio lighting systems
Proficient in Mac platform
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Capture One Pro
Ability to adapt to changing conditions
Ability to work under pressure in deadline-driven environment
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to prioritize/multi-task and follow projects through to completion
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent people skills
Team player
Travel
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
