　　We are looking for a talented Shift Supervisor to join our team in Carole Park, QLD

　　In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

　　Delivering first-class service to our customers.

　　Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices.

　　Ensure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results.

　　Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.

　　Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Service/Branch Manager

　　Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens

　　Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs

　　To be successful in this role you will need the following:

　　Diesel Mechanic or similar Motor Trade Certification/Qualification.

　　Minimum of two years of experience in rebuild process.

　　Demonstrated experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.

　　Ability to workday or afternoon shifts and Saturday (rostered).

　　Organisational skills and multi-tasking, in a high-pressure environment
