About Pharmacy Operator II

　　Job Summary

　　The Pharmacy Operator II is responsible for dispensing ingredients for mixing and granulation. The Operator works under close supervision following SOPs and maintaining 100% cGMP and compliance during operations.

　　Essential Functions

　　Responsible for checking accuracy of dispensing activities for all materials as per batch record. Responsible for maintaining inventory and reconciliation of materials.

　　Checks, reviews and follows the batch records throughout dispensing and recording data with 100% accuracy.

　　Is able to “A” clean pharmacy floor scales and balances.

　　Performs daily pharmacy scale calibration. Check all Pharmacy scales are clean and neat and within calibration date.

　　Checks drum label, PBR entries and Material Inventory Card for correctness. Checks in-coming dispensing material with work order.

　　Records and checks all raw material entries and maintains the production batch records after each batch.

　　Additional Responsibilities

　　Other duties as management assigns.
