Duration: Direct HireShift Timing: 2nd Shift - (3:00PM - 1:30AM)Note:Must have a Bachelor DegreeMust have at least 3 years pervious manufacturing supervisory experienceJob Description:In this role you will have the responsibility and authority to identify the status of production area and take action within the area as defined in documents such as controlled plans and work instructions.Role and Responsibilities:Supervise and direct work activity of team members in assigned area.Work with team members to identify continuous improvement opportunities.Continually identify and eliminate waste in assigned departments.Coordinate new product launches with Engineering.Perform capacity analysis using build plans.Troubleshoot scheduling and material issues.Promote and enforce compliance of safety policies and procedures.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.Three years pervious manufacturing supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for 8 hours per day.Ability to occasionally lift to 25 poundsAbout our Company: -22nd Century Technologies, Inc., is one of the fastest growing IT Service Integrator and Workforce Solution companies in the United States.
