　　The Pharmacy Intern performs duties in field of study or profession. The Pharmacy Intern work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

　　The Pharmacy Intern acts as an apprentice while completing formal education or immediately following graduation. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

　　Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. 　　The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$37,800 - $52,200This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
