What You'll be Doing:

　　Accountable for the successful design, development, consultancy, assurance, and implementation guidance of a solution, considering company standards, reference architectures and emerging technologies.

　　Point of call for the architecture of IT Projects, addressing and integrating business - process, data, application, technical and information security aspects.

　　Collaborate with BU Lead Architects at India and IT leaders to guarantee that digital solutions resonate with business goals and principles.

　　Offer insights into our existing ZEIT landscape and emerging tech, facilitating the ongoing refinement of our IT services.

　　Engineer high-caliber, compliant, and sustainable architectural solutions adhering to our standards and strategies.

　　Champion the leverage of existing reference architectures and technology services, orchestrating their seamless integration into solution designs.

　　Craft comprehensive architectural documentation that adheres to pertinent templates, tools, and benchmarks.

　　Empower and mentor project teams, nurturing detailed designers and business analysts throughout their design endeavors.

　　Review and endorse intricate IT solution designs, ensuring they embody technical integrity and synergy with business architecture.

　　Actively contribute to the Architecture community, staying ahead of industry trends and sharing strategic insights with stakeholders.

　　Spearhead the integration of Security by Design and Privacy by Design principles into architectural decision-making.

　　Collaborate closely with other Architecture domains to partake in comprehensive architecture assurance activities.

　　Maintain a close partnership with Business Lead Architects, fostering synergy in solution delivery.

　　Maintain knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, including data privacy regulations, and ensure that those are included in architecture design decisions.

　　What You Should Have:

　　Bachelor's degree to any related to IT .

　　Total of 9 to 12 years of working experience within the IT industry.

　　Relevance of 4 to 7 years of experience in Solution Architecting in the domain of digital and IT, enriched with hands-on stakeholder management.

　　A natural flair for engaging stakeholders, ensuring a harmonious collaboration across diverse teams.

　　Use, derive and promote relevant guidelines, standards, reference architecture, tools, templates, and stored artefacts to deliver architecture (solution, data, technical) in projects. Proficiency in TOE standards, enabling adept application and judicious adjustments to guidelines. Able to assess vulnerability of technology and to explain relevant IRM strategy for Architecture.

　　Skillful utilization of standard architecture tools, particularly LeanIX, for crafting and safeguarding essential architecture artifacts.

　　Deep familiarity with Application architecture within a multi-disciplined IT environment. • A results-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on Agile and Product-focused methodologies.

　　Extensive familiarity with foundational data platforms, authentication, and connectivity architectures.

　　Proficiency in Cloud, particularly AWS and Azure, along with a grasp of Open-Source technologies.

　　Desired experience in API-based integration architecture and Cloud Native architecture (CNCF landscape).

　　TOGAF certification and LeanIX knowledge are considered assets.

　　Proficiency in collaborating within virtual teams, transcending temporal, geographical, and cultural boundaries.

　　Domain experience in Healthcare Payments, Healthcare is advantageous.
