　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency-required licensing and certification exams

　　Ability to work at least 40 hours per week

　　Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, approximately 7:30 am to 5:00 pm with around 8 stops per day. Occasional Saturday work, but no nights. We prioritize work-life balance to ensure our team enjoys stress-free weekends and evenings.

　　As a Pest and Termite Technician at Arrow Exterminators, your daily responsibilities involve cultivating lasting client relationships and ensuring homes remain pest-free. Conduct inspections, determine prescribed treatments, and prepare areas for treatment. Utilize a commercial backpack mist duster to apply wood-destroying organism treatments-installing termite bait stations, trenching, drilling, and spraying.
