  Job Description

  The Industrial Security Analyst 2 position requires in depth knowledge of all personnel security facets of Industrial Security, with an understanding of other Industrial and Physical Security fields being a plus. Along with database reconciliation to include NBIS, DISS, and Access Commander, as well as assisting in conducting semi-annual Self Inspections and preparing for annual government reviews.

  Must possess a current Secret clearance with an in-scope background investigation as well as have the ability to meet Top Secret/SCI eligibility requirements.

  Essential Job Responsibilities

  Perform all Personnel Security functions for our Cyber, EW & Space Dayton Operations facility to include in processing and out processing of personnel.

  Complete and generate SCI and Special Access Program nominations and submit to the applicable government agency.

  Complete required annual briefing requirements and maintain updated records.

  Process all incoming and outgoing visit requests.

  Initiate, review, track, and submit all EAPP’s via NBIS.

  Complete required fingerprinting procedures in support of security clearances.

  Generate employee and non-employee facility badges by following applicable BI policies.

  Function as the liaison between employees, program managers, and clearance actions.

  Reviews and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations.

  Obtains rulings, approvals, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.

  Ensures that classified information entrusted to the company is properly safeguarded as outlined in federal controlling instructions.

  Assist in the development of security briefings and security education programs.

  May investigate losses and employee security infractions/violations and prepares reports specifying preventive actions to be taken.

  Manage the Continuous Evaluation Program for employees, and ensure everyone stays within scope for their investigations.

  Ensure the accuracy of the Access Commander database is kept up to date with all personnel requirements.

  Will interface with the Defense Counter Intelligence Security Agency (DCSA) Representative during security audits.

  Minimum Qualifications

  In-depth working knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM).

  Thorough knowledge of using/applying US Government online programs such as Electronic Application (EAPP), Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and the National Industrial Security System (NISS).

  3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.

  Must possess Secret clearance with an in-scope background investigation as well as the ability to meet Top Secret/SCI eligibility requirements.

  Preferred Requirements

  Knowledge of DoD, DOE, and/or other industrial security programs a plus. Additional Requirements
