AllWorld Language Consultants, Inc. (ALC) is a consulting firm that provides a vast array of technical and professional services such as: translation, interpretation, transcription, Title III intercepts, multi-media production, training, and intelligence support. We are looking to hire for a Cartographic Analyst - Feature Data Production position in Springfield, VA.

　　An ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance level and willingness to obtain a POLY is REQUIRED for consideration.

　　MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to obtain a POLY is REQUIRED

　　3-10 years experience as a Geospatial Engineer/GIS Analyst/Cartographic Analyst

　　Feature Data Production experience

　　Principles and practices of geospatial data creation, conversion, maintenance, and manipulation.

　　BA degree and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.

　　Geospatial data sources and metadata documentation standards

　　Cartographic principles, including map design and production.

　　Geospatial analysis techniques, including geo-processing, statistical tools and raster processing.

　　Principles and techniques of GIS database design and data models.

　　GIS software concepts and terminology.

　　Operational characteristics and capabilities of relational database management systems.

　　Collaborate with partners in the interpretation of extraction guidance, feature requirements, and metadata concepts to increase interoperability.

　　Support NGA in developing or reviewing training materials, geospatial production workflows using ArcGIS

　　Translate partner reviews or training documents

　　Defense Solutions and Quantum GIS (QGIS), and data quality assurance procedures, including the use of Geospatial Analysis Integrity Tool (GAIT) and Quality Assurance Capabilities (QAC), to evaluate co-produced data.

　　3-10 years of ArcGIS experience
