InGenesis is currently seeking a Credentialing Compliance Specialist to work remotely with our corporate office located in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will ensure that active employees meet credentialing requirements as mandated by Federal, State, Municipality, and Private Sector regulations. Job Duties • Ensure full compliance based on Federal, State, Municipality, and Private Sector regulations that pertain to a particular industry standard. • Run monthly reports to determine impending credential expirations. • Run monthly reports to confirm employee status. • Notify the employee of the impending expiration of credentials and work with the employee to obtain credentials to ensure the employee remains in compliance. • Assign electronically any skills and competencies annually required for compliance. • Conduct random audits of active employee compliance files. • Utilize specific methods to onboard Independent Contractors for multiple clients. • Resolve Independent Contractor issues and escalations. • Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization. Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • Some college courses preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
