  What You'll Do We want you to use your expertise to give advice and guidance that really meets our customers' individual needs - you'll be their personal insurance guru, offering solutions to their unique situations and risks. We'll set you challenging personal and team sales targets, but we know you're up to the task. Your aim? Smash those goals out of the park! You'll be a paperwork wizard for our potential clients, flawlessly completing and issuing insurance applications and certificates, and getting everything set up for our super-efficient internal or external keying teams. Your knack for building and maintaining dynamic, professional relationships with key underwriters will be crucial. You're all part of the same team, after all. Got a client with a concern or a complaint? No problem. Your professional charm and deep product knowledge mean you'll be resolving issues in a flash. You'll master using Applied Rating Services or Company Portals to give our potential clients the quotes they need. Time to put on your best outfit and represent us at industry functions. Don't worry, we know you'll do us proud! Stay curious and always be learning! Keep your finger on the pulse of industry changes, underwriting rules, and workflow processes - it's all part of the adventure. We want you to be an active part of our training initiatives - we're always learning and growing together! What You'll Need for Success

  We'd love to see your RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) gleaming in good standing! If you've got any other provincial licenses, even better. Got more than 2 years of industry or personal lines experience under your belt? Fantastic, you're just who we're looking for. You're no stranger to Major Domestic Personal Lines Markets like Aviva, Intact, Economical, and others. Extensive experience with them? Yes, please! You're a sales whizz with a real knack for quotes. But more importantly, you're driven by delivering the kind of client experience that really wows. Your professional presentation and understanding of the personal insurance business in a sales-driven environment are both top-notch. And it shows. Thrive in a bustling, high-volume environment? Perfect, that's just our speed. You're a computer whiz, and broker management systems like EPIC & ARS are second nature to you. You're a quick study when it comes to learning the HUB business model and value proposition. Speedy learners, step this way! You're a team player, happy to collaborate with others both in person and in the virtual world. You have a way with words, with strong oral and written communication skills that impress.
