If you are having RA Regional experiences , and this role will lead RA PC SEA innovation to support RA Country Leads to make sure all our innovation projects in SEA countries can be landed successfully and it can grow PC Business in SEA , and if you have this experiences then this role is just for you.

　　Example of this role : You will support all RA PC SEA Innovations project in each countries which will alignment with local RA in the country.

　　And active in provide the information /data which related to ASEAN advocacy strategy.

　　WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

　　Lead PC SEA innovation projects and any other projects in each country Provide the risk assessment and impact assessment on any movement on regulation in SEA or each country Develop a strategy on any issues which related to innovation projects First point of contact with Global Regulatory Team and Local/Regional RND SEA team on discussing any strategic , issues or challenge which related on innovation projects or current products. Gather all the information to support ASEAN advocacy strategies Collaborate with Other RA BUs and Local RA on monitoring cosmetic regulation movement in the region. Support RA PC SEA ID lead to build a strong and solid team RA PC SEA ID Take a country RA Role

　　Experiences & Qualifications

　　RA Cosmetic Regional experience minimum : minimum 3 years

　　Local experience in Regulatory Affairs ; More then 7 years

　　Competencies: Strategic Thinking, Strategic Influencing, Stakeholder Management, Strong Bias for Action

　　Skills

　　Education : Preferably Licensed Pharmacist or any allied health science professional (Chemical Engineer, Chemist, Biological Science, etc.)

　　Analytical and problem-solving

　　Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

　　Good Oral and Written English Communication

　　IT Skills (proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint))
