At Brunswick Cove Living Center, we are seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to provide personalized care and support to our residents. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will assist residents with their daily activities, provide companionship, and ensure their overall well-being. Your role will be essential in helping our residents maintain their independence and quality of life.

　　Responsibilities

　　Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

　　Help residents with mobility and transfer activities

　　Provide assistance with meal planning, preparation, and feeding

　　Assist with medication reminders

　　Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide companionship

　　Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or mental health

　　Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents

　　Requirements

　　Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred

　　Ability to provide compassionate care to elderly or disabled individuals

　　Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus

　　Must pass background check and drug screening
