Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Challenge Golf Program, the Program Assistant is responsible for the day to day operation of the Challenge Golf Program facilities specifically related to assisting Challenge Golf clients.

　　Collects fees for use of driving range and three-hole course.

　　Dispenses equipment and collects applicable fee(s).

　　Answers the telephone, provides information to customers as required.

　　Monitors the needs of customers at snack bar and vending machine area.

　　Provides assistance as needed to Challenge Golf Program participants.

　　Monitors activity on driving range and golf course in regards to safety of customers and security of the facility; reports to the Manager, Challenge Golf any situations that appear problematic.

　　Remains accessible to parking lot area to assists physically challenged golfers as required upon their arrival and departure.

　　Closes buildings and secures cash and equipment at the end of a business day.

　　Follows hospital and department policies and procedures with special attention to attendance and punctuality, confidentiality, dress code and display of ID badge.

　　Completes mandatory education and training in order to maintain organization and department specific competencies and requirements. Maintains applicable certification/licensure.
