As a Product Owner III, you will act as the voice of the customer within the agile delivery team supporting Customer Service Tools. This suite of tools includes Microsoft D365 CRM, GenAI knowledge applications and legacy tools (Facets, Access DB and Web Tools). You are instrumental in driving collaboration and communication across delivery teams by eliciting and documenting business requirements in the form of epics, features, and user stories. As a product advocate, you will create, maintain, and outline work in the product backlog, determining which work items will produce the most business value and prioritizing those deliverables. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to help ensure stakeholder buy-in and drive innovation.
This is a hybrid position with onsite days required.
What you’ll do:
Act as the voice of the customer to the Agile delivery team by and knowing the business strategies and requirements and representing them to the delivery team.
Facilitate the relationship with the business partners and user community acting as a liaison bringing their voice to the delivery team.
Become a business expert with deep and broad domain knowledge
Lead collaborative decomposition sessions to identify high level scope of work across business and IT areas.
Collaborate with Product Management to develop a roadmap of epics and features.
Collaborate with business partners, IT partners and delivery teams to develop clear and concise documentation of customer objectives/value
Identify, refine, and document business requirements in the form of epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and minimum viable product.
Identify related user stories and epics and group them into themes as necessary and document the inter-relationship and associate business process flows as necessary.
Actively collaborate with the delivery team in solution design and development.
Coordinate with other Agile teams to ensure alignment on solution, priorities, and dependencies.
Facilitate product and release demo, taking accountability for feedback and outcomes.
Establish release criteria in coordination with Product Manager.
Clearly communicate release content and value to business partners and IT leadership.
Prioritize issues and collaborate to make decisions required to resolve them weighing the pros/cons, risks, and dependencies.
Leverage data to guide product strategy.
Build and maintain a healthy product team backlog designed to deliver the highest value items to our users.
Identify ways to improve processes and accelerate value to our customers.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science or equivalent (Required)
Five (5) years of business systems analysis experience (Required)
Five (5) years of experience implementing and/or maintaining a CRM (Strongly Preferred)
Microsoft Specialist D365 Certification (Strongly Preferred)
Knowledge of healthcare or health insurance industry (Strongly Preferred)
Experience in a software development environment with Agile development practices, including Scrum and SAFe. Knowledge of Agile delivery models
Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) boards and workflows
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Facets and SharePoint
Knowledge of product development tools including Azure DevOps Services, Visual Studio, and Product Plan

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
National Salary Range:
$93,300.00 - $158,600.00
National Plus Salary Range:
$106,300.00 - $180,700.00
*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska .
