We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in Moorestown, New Jersey, United States. The PC Technician will be responsible for managing a variety of computer systems and hardware, providing technical support, and ensuring all systems are running efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring all systems function efficiently and without interruption
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Provide technical support to users, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical problems
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure all hardware and software components are functioning optimally
• Maintain accurate records of all PC Desktop - Workstation activities
• Conduct desktop imaging and ensure the proper installation and functioning of desktop hardware
• Develop and maintain expertise in PC Skills to provide effective technical support and problem-solving capabilities.
Requirements • Proven abilities in PC Skills
• Expertise in Desktop Imaging techniques
• Proficiency in handling PC Desktop - Workstation
• Knowledge of Desktop Hardware
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, higher education or certifications in relevant fields is advantageous
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware issues
• Experience with operating systems, internet technologies, and computer peripherals
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
