Job Summary

Working as the Traveling Food Nutrition Manager you will be responsible for supporting the day to day Food service operation of assigned healthcare account. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development. This will involve day travel to account within either New York City, Westchester County, NY and/or New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and learn quickly!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversees all PL and budgeting as it pertains to the account

Maintains excellent relationships with the client

Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the patients.

Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams

Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community

Preferred Qualifications:

BS Hospitality degree preferred

Able to day travel as needed to support assigned account in New York and/or New Jersey

Three to five years of foodservice management experience required

Healthcare food service experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Financial and business acumen

Excellent communication skills
