Description:

Develop, install, and commission plant controls automation systems

PLC programming in ControlLogix

HMI development in Wonderware (Aveva)

MES support / data collection

Troubleshoot automation issues through internal help desk system

Design specification of plant control system architecture (including control panels, hardware, and communication protocols)

Partner with 3rd party controls engineering partners

Commission VFDs

Travel to other internal sites (up to roughly 25% of the year, one week at a time max)

Skills:

controllogix, scada, hmi development, ladder logic, .net, sql, wonderware

Additional Skills Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

Minimum 6 years of experience

Advanced ladder logic programming within Allen Bradley PLCs

ControlLogix

Advanced HMI Development

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a similar field

SCADA

Liquid movement controls experience

PLUS:

MES

Food and beverage industry experience

10+ years of relevant experience

Wonderware (Aveva Archestra)

.NET

SQL

Experience Level:
