　　Payroll Specialist Summary:

　　Responsible for generating, processing, and entering biweekly payroll data, auditing, calculating adjustments, and preparing various reports. Back up to salary and Canadian payrolls.

　　Requirements for Payroll Specialist:

　　Prefer minimum of two years payroll experience.Excellent data entry, 10 key skills, and math skills.Computer literate with proficiency in Excel.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to communicate effectively in English with a diverse workforce.Ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines.Detail oriented. Responsibilities for Payroll Specialist:

　　Balance employee time calculations and enter data into the computer daily. Audit attendance daily for time and attendance. Maintain database and files for the payroll system.Prepare and balance biweekly payroll reports.Some benefits preparationSchedule payments of various deductions to appropriate agencies such as OSE, 401k, garnishments etc.Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing procedures.Answer employee payroll questions.Filing.Additional tasks as requested by Payroll Manager.Desired Skills:
