Description

　　The Controller will oversee general ledger entries, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable and financial statements. You will monitor and report on budget variances and ensure compliance with all financial reporting requirements and government grants and funding. The Controller will be a permanent employment opportunity and will be located in the Carlisle, Pennsylvania region.

　　Key responsibilities of the Controller will include:

　　Prepare cash-flow reports, projecting cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals, daily cash management

　　Analyze, apply and improve policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies

　　Execute all aspects of accounting cycle including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, depreciation schedules, pre-paid expense, journal entries, and month end closing.

　　Conducts general ledger maintenance.

　　Preparation of month-end financials.

　　Responsible for creating and monitoring monthly and annual budgets.

　　Oversees all aspects of payroll.

　　Preparers tax reports and any other local, state and federal reporting.

　　Prepare and supervise annual audit.

　　Grant management to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, reporting, drawdowns, etc. and ensures compliance.

　　Requirements

　　Excellent technology, analytics and management experience

　　BA/BS in Accounting, or Finance, CPA preferred

　　5+ years of accounting, tax and payroll experience

　　Healthcare or non-profit /grant accounting experience preferred
