National Director of ABA Center Development
Reporting to the President and working closely with the leadership teams, the National Center Director (NCD) will be responsible for the opening, project management, design, and assisting in the management of ABA autism treatment center facilities across 12 states.
They will work with real estate contractors to identify new center (facilities) locations/buildings within Butterfly Effects defined parameters and reports recommendations back to the center development team. Subsequently they will work with the center development team on lease negotiations, and lead project management, floorplan design, furniture/equipment ordering, tenant improvements and licensing/permitting.
Butterfly Effect's provides services in 12 states and so the National Center Director will be required to travel at least once per month. They will be responsible for updating the center (Facilities) opening playbook, develop center management policies, collaborate with clinical staff, and be responsive to deadlines.
The candidate must have extensive operational and managerial experience opening treatment sites used for medical or educational services. The successful applicant will work directly with the President, Vice President of Clinical Services and Practice Development, Quality Assurance and Chief Financial Officer.
This position requires the successful applicant to work out of the corporate headquarters in Deerfield Beach, FL (relocation bonus available).
R E S P ON S I B I L I T I ES
Develop project management plans relative to targeting and opening center locations.
Bring a structured and organized approach to developing new centers.
Lead the site selection process coordinating activities with the President, regional leadership, and the Chief Financial Officer.
After the signing of leases, the NCD will act as a project manager to ensure all parties are moving together towards the launch date.
Selection and stocking of centers with whatever supplies and furniture is necessary to operate the facilities.
Interview center leadership candidates.
Develop initial and ongoing staffing plans as the center that scale in-line with demand.
Determine acceptable / allowable operating schedule and administrative plans for each center and periodically check in on adherence to these plans.
Oversee billable hours associated with each center.
Work cooperatively and courteously with internal departments and staff, as well as external partners.
Follow all confidentiality and privacy policies of Butterfly Effects and maintain the confidentiality of protected healthcare information (PHI) and E-PHI.
Represent BE professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in staff training as assigned and ensure proper follow-through of safety mitigation strategies by all team members.
Travel to centers at least once per month. May need to travel more often as needed and assigned by President.
Coordinate weekly centers progress meetings with all involved parties.
Regular updating of Butterfly Effect's center opening playbook and checklists.
Work with the compliance/QA department to monitor the use of center technician administrative hours.
Organize center community open house events.

Bachelor's degree and project management experience.
Extensive Project management experience
