　　Collecting, auditing, and processing of time cardsLabor corrections LOA timecard entryCoordinate sub-contractor transactions as it relates to set up, labor corrections, terminationsWeekly labor warehouse allocations reporting to business partnersLabor rate record maintenancePTO tracking and reportingEntering new hire information in applicable systemsEmployment verificationsSpecial requests as requested or assignedArchiving and mail distribution

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　High school or equivalentPC Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet).Must be detail orientedStrong communication and organization skillsAble to adhere to tight deadlines
