In this role, you will lead the Finance team that supports and provides strategic direction to the Sales Customer Development organization. This is a hybrid workplace with two days a week in Tacoma, WA.You are the ideal candidate if you are a highly analytical and strategic problem solver who demonstrates great business partnership skills and has a proven track record of accomplishing complex goals.What you'll do:Oversee financial aspects of contract renewals within the organizationAct as a strategic business partner for the Customer Development team, which is expected to be one of the fastest growing teams in InfobloxManage one direct report, with the potential to have additional reports in the futureAnalyze renewal trends, prepare financial reports, forecast revenue from renewals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reportingHelp optimize the renewal processes, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and ensuring compliance with financial regulationsPrepare and present regular financial reports and analyses to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunitiesTrack progress against KPIs, both functional and corporate, clearly communicate actionable findings with Sales and Marketing leaders, and actively participate and present at Quarterly Business ReviewsEnable business partners to take actions derived from analysis and insights and/or drive these actions when appropriateBe a leader in driving Sales processes improvements, efficiencies, and excellenceWhat you'll bring:12+ years of combined experience in finance/business partnership roles, direct experience with annual recurring revenue (ARR) and/or renewal reporting a plusAbility to develop positive and productive working relationships across geographies and culturesAbility to develop a framework for assessing a complex problem, getting buy-in from stakeholders on the framework, and using it to make a fact-based decisionDemonstrated confidence in your decisions and ability to respectfully stand your ground in the face of disagreement, even from senior executivesExtensive experience driving complex business decisions with stakeholdersGood understanding of subscription/SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention rates, and customer acquisition costsSolid business acumen coupled with an executive presenceExcellent communication and presentation skillsSuperb interpersonal, organizational, and management skillsBachelor's degree in finance or accounting, MBA preferred, or bachelor's of science in mathematics, IT, or a related fieldWhat success looks like:
