　　Job's MissionThe mission of the Specialist Disbursements is to ensure that payments are made timely, accurately and respecting company policies and compliance.

　　Key Activities & Accountabilities

　　Process payments daily (manual, batch, payroll, taxes, cash pooling) with compliance and deadlinesProvide proof of payments, research historical activities, and provide supporting documentation on requestForecast payments and monthly funding of all local bank accounts (including intercompany)Support answers to audit queries, provide assistance and support to other teamsParticipate to project and automation developmentInvestigate and solve issues relating to rejected or returned payments

　　Education Requirements

　　Degree in Business and Administration (preferred)Fluent in EnglishFamiliar with US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley Act

　　Work Experience

　　Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in Accounting, Accounts payable or Shared servicesFamiliar with ERP systemsExperience in cash management position

　　Core Competencies

　　High level of honesty, integrity, commitment and responsibilityAccustomed to working under pressure and with deadlinesAble to resolve problems and conflicts in a professional and tactful mannerKnowledge of Turkish language is preferred
