  2nd Shift: Mon – Fri 3:30pm – 12am midnight (40 hrs/week), OT available based on production needs

  What you will do:

  Operate independently based on guidance from team leads

  Conduct visual inspection, and utilize inspection tools to ensure quality and consistency

  Use standard inspection tools (i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gages and comparator)

  Engage in continuous improvement activities by solving problems with structured problem solving process/approach and suggesting improvement ideas

  Demonstrate ownership of equipment, performing regular Autonomous Maintenance including cleaning equipment and workstation

  Assess equipment performance and perform intermediate level troubleshooting on issues that arise

  Communicate during Tier Board meetings

  Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to GMP/QMS/SOP

  Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends 

  What you need:

  High School Diploma or GED Required

  Two (2) Years Manufacturing Experience Required

  Experience using standard inspection tools (i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gages and comparator) Highly Preferred

  Experience in machining, polishing, and hand-finishing operations, Highly Preferred
