　　Payment Innovation Director

　　Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Must reside within 50 miles/1 hour commute of an Elevance Health location.

　　Are you ready to drive healthcare transformation? We're searching for a dynamic Payment Innovation Director to join our value-base programs design team! You will be responsible for researching and collaborative development of innovative payment solutions for healthcare providers.

　　How you will make an impact:

　　Creates value-based payment program concepts, writes business case and requirements documents, and develops ROI analysis.

　　Partners with team members to infuse creativity and innovation into projects, contributing to the elevation of departmental standards and overall organizational success.

　　Performs complex market and competitive analysis in partnership with technical, clinical, and other cross functional teams.

　　Works with other business partners to develop strategic roadmaps, guide and support solution development, and pilot and solution launch activities.

　　Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.

　　Leads special projects/initiatives.

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Requires BA/BS in business or related field and a minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare systems, and 5 years of experience in a strategy role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

　　MBA degree

　　Previous experience leading design and execution of value-based payment models strongly preferred.

　　Familiarity with Medicare and/or Medicaid value-based payment models

　　For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $104,800 to $198,072.
