Description We are in search of a Staff Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including processing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes

• Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis

• Maintain and update the general ledger as needed

• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

• Oversee the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

• Utilize NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Experience with bank reconciliations and maintaining general ledger

• Ability to perform journal entries accurately and in a timely manner

• Demonstrated experience in managing month-end close processes

• Proficiency in using NetSuite for various accounting tasks

• Knowledge of Oracle and its application in accounting practices

• Practical experience with QuickBooks for managing financial tasks

• Familiarity with SAP and its functionalities in accounting operations.
