　　Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week)

　　Day Shift

　　Position will take place in Urgent Care

　　Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:30-8:00 and Saturday from 7:30-6:00 POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

　　Opportunity to provide career growth DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION Located just off of I-90 near the Issaquah Transit Center, the UW Medicine Primary & Urgent Care offers appointments six days a week, including evenings and same-day urgent care. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging

　　Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments

　　Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information

　　Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery

　　Other Duties as Requested REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

　　High school graduation or equivalent AND

　　One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
