　　A Day in the Role:

　　Job Description:

　　The Medical Receptionist will work within a busy Pediatric office in Alexandria, VA.

　　The associate will be the first point of contact for patients coming into the clinic.

　　Responsible for registering new patients, collecting demographic information, and entering it into the patient record.

　　Will answer phones and schedule patients, triage calls, and other admin duties as required.

　　Looking for candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and candidates who have excellent customer service skills.

　　This is a full-time, contract to hire job opportunity with benefits!

　　Pay: $17-19 based on experience

　　Available Shifts:

　　Monday – Thursday: 5:45 AM - 1:30 PM and Friday: 5:45 AM - 12:30 PM

　　For all shifts: Must be comfortable working every other weekend from 7:45 AM -12:30 PM

　　Requirements:

　　Must have experience working in a fast paced, high volume working environment.

　　Excellent customer service experience.

　　1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.

　　High School Diploma
