　　JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

　　Responsible to the Assistant Director or Area Coordinator for the supervision and administration of a residence hall community and promoting a diversified residential program through a curricular approach. Duties include:

　　Assisting resident assistants with the development, tracking, promotion, and implementation of programming; administration of daily operations;

　　community development;

　　maintaining an effective working relationship with campus partners;

　　staff selection, training, supervision, and evaluation;

　　student contact in the areas of counseling, conflict mediation and resolution, crisis management, and discipline.

　　The successful candidate will also demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and social justice and will have the desire to work with a diverse student population. Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree. This is position has potential for both live-on and live-off staff. This is a part-time job, at 20 hours per week with potential for up to 40 hours on occasion. Start date is as soon as possible.
