  Part-Time

  $20-25/hr

  *20 hours per week within normal business hours (8am-5pm)

  *Must work 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) and hours should be consistent but can work around other obligations such as class schedules, etc.

  *Position is fully onsite

  Kelly is seeking part-time temporary accounting support for 2-3 months for our client, a Fargo-based software development and manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity to support an innovate company that is developing the next generation of technology!

  The Accounting Administrator will:

  Record deposits in the bank and in Great Plains Dynamics

  Run credit card payments on a daily basis

  Collect and post checks

  Identify discrepancies and alert the Accounts Receivable Department as needed

  Assist with other miscellaneous finance duties

  Qualifications:

  Relevant accounting/administrative experience (open to various levels of experience, starting at the intern level)

  Excellent attention to detail

  Strong communication skills

  Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
