Position: Partner Program Manager

Location: North America

Job Overview:

Oracle is seeking an experienced candidate to manage global partner programs aimed at driving revenue and customer success. The ideal candidate will understand and leverage customer, partner, and competitor dynamics to enhance Oracle’s partner ecosystem. The individual will bring a strong track record in growing business and delivering exceptional customer outcomes through strategic partner programs.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the management and execution of Oracle’s partner program(s) to drive accelerated GTM growth and customer success.

Develop business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define streamlined processes and support the execution of partner program(s).

Drive partner recruitment and onboarding efforts to support rollout of partner program(s).

Develop performance management dashboards and success KPIs for strategic partners. Define reporting to share insights around partner performance and identify areas of growth through key partners.

Continuously analyze program performance and partner feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement program improvements and drive greater partner satisfaction and success.

Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, within the team and with all Oracle stakeholders.

Demonstrate listening skills in formal and informal settings; communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Bring structured thinking and decision-making to ambiguous opportunities and challenges.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be focused on partner program and performance management, to drive Oracle’s accelerated growth through the partner ecosystem.

More specifically, the candidate will have:

Bachelor’s Degree. MBA or another advanced college degree preferred

7-10+ years of experience in partner program development and/or management preferred.

Experience managing complex multi-constituent and partner projects a key priority for the role.

In-depth knowledge of the customer needs, competitive dynamics, and ecosystem trends in Software and Public Cloud.

Experience and success in working with large and complex global partner ecosystems with a proven understanding of the various business models and associated partner economics.

Track record in delivering and leveraging partner programs to drive growth through partners.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
