Description:

　　Proficient in working with CNC machinery

　　Able to perform setup and changeovers on machinery

　　Being able to program/modify Conversational or G&M code

　　Experience working with Manual mills or lathers

　　Experience in reading blueprints and schematics as well as performing preventative maintenance

　　Experience with Mazak, Okuma or Haas machinery is a plus

　　Position is in Carbon division:

　　Comfortable working in a high temp environment with large induction furnaces

　　Load and unload machines to meet production and quality standards

　　Document the manufacturing process, making note of discrepancies and outcomes

　　Troubleshooting manufacturing anomalies and preventative maintenance as required

　　Using basic measurement tools to quality check parks to blueprints

　　Musts:

　　Able to work 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule. Rotates every 8 weeks (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am)

　　At least 6 months to 1 year of experience running any type of machine or working in production/MFG.

　　experience matching parts to prints

　　experience using different types of gauges (height, depth, thread, etc.) micrometers and calipers

　　experience w/ computers for data entry

　　-willingness to help out and keep department clean/organize
