Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role will involve managing invoices, communication with vendors, and utilizing various software tools in the accounts payable process.

Responsibilities:

• Input invoices into the system with precision and promptness.

• Ensure all invoices are received by cross-referencing with statements.

• Communicate with vendors to obtain missing information as necessary.

• Perform front-end accounts payable duties, including matching and coding.

• Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Excel for processing and record-keeping.

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications in an accurate and efficient manner.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel, Accounts Payable (AP), and Check Processing to perform duties. Requirements • Must possess at least 1 year of experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to process checks efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus

• Willingness to work part-time hours.
